Our tours have text captions as well as voice and we provide statistics & send reminders if your team forgets to publish any tours.
DO ALL MY PROPERTIES HAVE TO HAVE SMART PROPERTY TOURS?
We can restrict which listings receive tours. e.g. Exclude all properties that are under £60k from production or those that already have a video. We would not normally produce tours for listings with fewer than 5 photos, plots of land, garages, SSTC, etc. and you can notify us of any forthcoming listings that you want to be excluded.
HOW DO I ADD TOURS TO THE PORTALS AND MY WEBSITE?
Paste the link that we send you by email into the Virtual Tour field in your system. We will help if you can't find it.
HOW DO I ADD TOURS TO MY SOCIAL MEDIA CHANNELS?
It’s the same process as posting photos except you will use our 'mp4’ video file instead of your ‘png’ or ‘jpg’ image file. We have written instructions for all social media channels and if you still need help then all support is free.
ARE THERE ANY CHARGES OTHER THAN THE ONE OFF PRICE FOR EACH TOUR?
No. If a tour needs to be updated for any reason such as the photos having been updated or there was an error on the listing then we will update it for free.
WHERE CAN THE TOURS BE PLAYED?
Websites, Portals, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Vimeo, YouTube, TikTok, offline or online on smartphones, tablets and PCs, even in loops on video screens in branch – That’s basically on anything that supports video.
WHAT ARE THE BILLING ARRANGEMENTS?
We send itemized VAT invoices soon into each new month for the tours we produced in the previous month so our agents can see which tours they are being charged for.
DO I HAVE TO ENTER A CONTRACT?
No. Our customers use our service because they want to and not because they have to.
Do they form a barrier to customer interaction?
No, because we only show a concise summary of what already appears in your listings including your photographs which should provide an optimal view of each property. We have many agents who use our tours in conjunction with other 360 solutions. Some agents are concerned that 360 can give too much information and so choose to send 360 links in response to direct messages or not to use it at all.
